Mechanical design and theory discipline of Hebei University of technology in 2012, "mechanical design and theory" has become a provincial key discipline.     1. Design and analysis of complex mechanical system

Based on modern design theories and methods (including mechanical optimization design, finite element design, virtual design, intelligent design, etc.), the complex mechanical system design and performance analysis are carried out by making full use of computer, data processing, multi-body system dynamics, mechanical vibration, artificial intelligence, knowledge engineering and other technologies, This paper studies the dynamic response characteristics in the process of motion, discusses the intelligent control strategies and methods suitable for the operation of control equipment, predicts the operation status and life of the system and its components, forms a relatively complete set of modern design theories and methods, and develops the intelligent design platform for complex mechanical systems.

2. Dynamic monitoring and fault diagnosis of mining machinery

This paper mainly studies the state monitoring and intelligent diagnosis technology for mining machinery and other mechatronics system. It adopts modern information technology and intelligent control technology to carry out state detection, reliability analysis and fault diagnosis for mining mechanical and electrical equipment and construction machinery, as well as intelligent control and application software technology, computer-aided testing theory and technology The application of dynamic detection technology and digital signal processing technology in intelligent test.
